At MOWRATOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
